Registration instructions:
- Please complete all areas of the registry. Only the information in the registration form will be searchable.
- Enter company information – be sure to use DESCRIPTIVE KEYWORDS, (e.g., network engineering; not IT) and SPECIFIC CUSTOMER AREAS from higher to lower level (e.g., “DoD/Navy/Navsea” rather than “federal government”).
- Upload up to four files to add company information, (e.g., corporate briefs, brochures or line cards, and other documents) - Recommended (NOTE: Files can be Microsoft Office (DOC/DOCX, PPT/PPTX and XLS/XLSX), or PDF files. Please do not try to upload HTML, ZIP, JPG, TIF or files other than Microsoft Office or PDF files).
- When finished, click the Submit button. You will see a confirmation window indicating that your data has been entered and your company is now registered.
- The registered point of contact will receive a confirmation e-mail from smallbusiness@gdit.com that contains a link to your company. Please save this link for future access to your profile and to make changes, including removing and uploading documents.
- You will be requested to update your corporate data annually, via an automated email generated from General Dynamics Information Technology. Please help us in keeping our record of your company up-to-date.
- To remove the company registration, please send an e-mail to smallbusiness@gdit.com.
